Southeastern Wisconsin is the region around Milwaukee and Waukesha counties, including surrounding suburbs. It has cold, snowy winters with frequent freeze-thaw swings. Roads and driveways there are heavily salted through the winter. Those conditions put extra wear on garage floors and other exposed concrete.
